Growing up between Maine and Massachusetts, Jazmin became hyper aware of how connection with exercise and movement aligned with her mental and emotional state at a very young age. She very quickly, and clearly, realized the connection between her physical and mental health.
At age 18 she moved to Orlando, FL to attend the National Personal Training Institute to pursue her pull towards becoming a personal trainer. Shortly thereafter, she felt called to Massage Therapy and became an L.M.T. through Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, MA. This incredible Massage School had deep roots in the energetic connection of healing through combining Massage Therapy with Polarity Therapy.
Over the years, she continued to dig deeper and deeper into understanding mind-body connection and her passion for massage therapy continued to grow. This became her greatest gift, reward and purpose. As she found even greater understanding that we need to take responsibility for our own well-being, she continued to face and work through her past traumas and life events through a variety of modalities over the next 11 years. Her path eventually led her to a 4-dayJohn F. Barnes Myofascial Release Seminar and it tied together everything she had learned thus far. She was now ready to expand her expertise to help facilitate not only her own well-being, but the well-being of her clients from all walks of life, as well.
Throughout the years, Jazmin has worked closely with clients who live with Muscular Dystrophy, Neuropathy and Parkinson’s. She has also guided clients through bad car wrecks, broken necks, scoliosis, and pregnancies. She strives to help improve lives by helping them maintain a healthy and able body.
Jazmin wants to help motivate and inspire others to feel good about themselves inside and out, mind and body. Read what others have to say The goal is to treat our bodies with kindness, not criticism. She is now accepting new clients at her practice in Winter Park.
